How TOUCHON LED handles personal information on this website.

This website is operated by Space Light LLP, trading as TOUCHON LED, at 86, Govindappa Naicken St, Sowcarpet, George Town, Chennai 600001, India. In this policy "we" and "us" mean Space Light LLP, and "the site" means https://touchonled.com.
We are the data fiduciary for the limited information described below, under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
This website has no sign-up, no account, no shopping basket and no contact form. It does not ask you for your name, your address or your payment details, and there is nowhere on it for you to enter them.
We do not set cookies, and we do not store anything in your browser. You will not see a cookie banner here because there is nothing for you to consent to.
Every contact route on this site — WhatsApp, telephone and email — hands you to another application rather than submitting anything to us through the page. When you use one, you begin a conversation in that service and the message travels through that service's systems, under its own privacy policy. WhatsApp is operated by Meta.
We keep what you send us — your number or email address, and what you tell us about your project — for as long as we need it to answer you and to service any order that follows. We use it to reply to you and for nothing else. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Like every website, this one is served by a web host that records requests: your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user-agent string. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure, and they are kept only as long as our hosting provider retains them.
The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes requests in transit in order to deliver pages and to filter malicious traffic.
Our contact page embeds a Google Map so you can find the shop. Loading that page sends a request to Google, which may set its own cookies and receives your IP address. The map does not load until you open the contact page.
The videos on this site are hosted by us and play from our own server. Watching one sends nothing to YouTube, Meta or any other platform.
We do not currently run analytics, advertising pixels or visitor tracking of any kind on this site. If that changes, this page will say so before it does.
This site sells lighting to trade and to homeowners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information about anyone under 18.
You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it. Where you have sent us a WhatsApp message or an email, that is the information in question. Write to us and we will respond within a reasonable period.
If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR gives you further rights over data we hold, including the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top of it. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
